About the Role:

As a Customer Sales & Retention Officer, you’ll be the frontline connection between our business and our customers - managing inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and digital channels. This role combines sales expertise with customer care, focusing on building lasting relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving customer loyalty through proactive engagement and strategic retention efforts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot internet and network issues, ensuring customers stay connected with quick and effective solutions
  • Identify customer needs and confidently recommend services or upgrades to meet targets and enhance value
  • Build strong relationships and implement smart retention strategies to keep customers engaged and satisfied.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales, and identify trends to improve service and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth, consistent, and positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and following up for satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on products, processes, and market trends to deliver informed and effective support.

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Internet service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer retention strategies
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, CRM software, and phone systems
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
