About the Role:
Support our Sales team to thrive — this role empowers them to sell smarter, faster, and more effectively through streamlined operations and strategic enablement.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily administration of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Configure workflows, views, roles, and permissions to improve usability and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and alignment with governance standards.
- Contribute to platform enhancements and long-term roadmap planning.
- Support Sales leadership with reporting, performance metrics, and dashboard management.
- Deliver actionable insights from CRM data to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain documentation for sales processes, policies, and CRM usage.
- Lead onboarding efforts, including induction training and materials.
- Train Sales teams on CRM and enablement tools to drive adoption and productivity.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to sales processes across teams.
- Assist with quality assurance checks, business case development, and approval workflows.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop post-sales handover materials and workflows.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments, balancing priorities to deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Experience:
- Salesforce administration skills
- Strong skills in Office suits of product
- Sales, Sales Admin/Ops and customer facing sales roles (minimum 2 years)
