About the Role:
As part of our Group IT team, the IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the support, optimisation, and evolution of our Business IT environment, with a strong focus on cyber security, automation, and compliance. Working closely with the Infrastructure Manager, you’ll contribute to key IT projects and help shape the future of our systems through ongoing design, implementation, and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist the IT Support team in resolving ticket requests as a Level 2 escalation for complex issues
- Design technology solutions aligned to business requirements, including scope, deliverables, and cost considerations
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions across the business
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and achievement of expected business outcomes
- Engage with key stakeholders on significant changes and incidents
- Support and enforce ICT security and compliance policies
- Maintain the security of systems, including data, network access, backups, and disaster recovery/BCP
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic enhancements across the IT environment

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 business applications, security tools (Defender, Purview, Intune, Sentinel), and Entra ID administration
- Skilled in virtual server infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IaaS architecture design
- Experience with MDM platforms, Microsoft Autopilot, application deployment, and endpoint management
- Exposure to Enterprise AI environments and automation tools such as Power Automate
- Solid understanding of IT cybersecurity principles, networking, routing, and firewall administration
- Proven problem-solving skills, with strong documentation and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, Azure Administrator)
