Drive Customer Success and Growth as an Inside Account Manager!
About the Role:
As an Inside Account Manager, you will own and drive the success of our customers. Working with a diverse range of businesses, you’ll build strong relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow the value of our existing customer portfolio through strategic, organic growth.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contribute to a high-performing, winning team culture focused on customer success
- Monitor sales activities and solve challenges to optimise performance
- Engage with a wide range of customers and manage a portfolio effectively
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to achieve outcomes
- Manage escalations efficiently, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive results
- Communicate and negotiate across departments to develop quality solutions
- Execute sales plans, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and sales forecasts
- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and market developments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer engagement and telecom technology
- Communicate clearly and professionally with management, customers, and support staff
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
About you:

Essential Experience:
- Previous experience in telecommunications is highly desirable but not essential
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong results
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
