About the Role:

Join Uniti Group’s friendly marketing team to deliver campaigns, events and communications for Opticomm. Drive network activations, brand growth, RSP partnerships and B2B leads within the property development sector in a hands-on, collaborative role.

This dynamic role welcomes applicants from all States, location is flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Execute end-user marketing and communications campaigns, including direct mail
• Support Retail Service Providers (RSPs) with co-marketing initiatives and campaign delivery
• Deliver B2B marketing campaigns targeting the property development sector
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create content for brand growth and lead generation
• Plan and manage a content calendar, including social media execution
• Identify and implement process improvements through marketing automation
• Build and manage workflows in marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
• Coordinate and deliver event sponsorships, including planning, logistics and on-site execution

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Tertiary qualification or relevant marketing experience
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Experience in B2B marketing environments (telecommunications, infrastructure or property sectors advantageous)
• Experience delivering or supporting integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to create targeted content for different audience segments
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, including data management and workflow development
